Altadena Sheriff Station

The Altadena Sheriff Station provides law enforcement services to Altadena, Pasadena and remote unattached parts of the city of Pasadena. Because Altadena does not have its own jail, those who are arrested at the Altadena Station are normally booked at Crescenta Valley.

Inmates who are not bailed out quickly may be transferred to another facility. Because of the paperwork and computer updating that is involved in this process, transferring an inmate could extend his or her incarceration by a considerable amount of time. For a faster release, it is best to start the Bail bond process as soon as possible to prevent a transfer.
