Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff Station

The Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff Station provides law enforcement services to the City of Santa Clarita, as well as unincorporated County communities of Stevenson Ranch, Castaic and Gorman. Once they have been booked and processed, the defendant will be held in custody and bail will be determined. Because this is relatively small facility, arrestees are likely to be transferred to other jails if they are not bailed out quickly. Usually, men are transferred to Twin Towers Jail in Downtown Los Angeles while women are transferred to Lynwood Jail at the Century Station.

Because transfers can take a considerable amount of time, it is best to start the bail bond process sooner rather than later. Once a defendant has been transferred, it can take up to another 24hrs before they can be released on bail again.
