San Dimas Sheriff Station

The San Dimas Sheriff Station serves the City of San Dimas and the unincorporated communities of Covina, Azusa, Glendora, La Verne, and Claremont. This station has a temporary holding facility. When a defendant has medical conditions or has not been bailed out quickly enough, they are transferred to a larger facility. Men are generally transferred to Twin Towers Jail in Downtown Los Angeles and women are transferred to Lynwood Jail at the Century Station.

Because transferring inmates is a lengthy process, it can often add a considerable amount of time to their incarceration. It is best to start the bail bond process as soon as possible so that you are more likely to avoid a transfer.
